1. About Nuage

Nuage is a fragrance brand offering Eau de Parfum products through its online store.

Our current products are offered in 50ml Eau de Parfum formats.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return procedure may apply instead.

7. Payment

Nuage currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD).

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information necessary to complete the delivery.

8. Shipping

Nuage currently ships within Egypt only.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier availability, operational conditions, and other circumstances outside Nuage's direct control.

9. Returns

We offer a 14-day return period beginning from the date you receive your order, subject to applicable law and the conditions stated in this policy.

Customers may contact Nuage to request a return.

Nuage allows customers to return a fragrance even if the product has been opened or tested.

For standard customer-requested returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

10. Damaged, Defective, Leaking, or Incorrect Products

If Nuage makes an error or if a product arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or different from the product ordered, Nuage will take responsibility for the issue.

Customers should contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order and provide the relevant order details and, where appropriate, photographs or other information that may help us assess the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, Nuage may offer:

• A refund

• Another appropriate resolution

Where the issue is attributable to Nuage or the delivered product, Nuage will handle the applicable return arrangements.

For orders paid through Cash on Delivery, the refund method may require additional information from the customer to complete the refund.
